Any Good Advise

undefinedI just had one of my Fog Lamps go out, on my 1997 528I and I was wandering =
if it is as easy as it looks to change out the Bulb. Has anyone out there =
had to change one? If so, do I have to use a BMW part or can I use other b=

I believe that it uses a 9006 Halogen Bulb that Advance Auto sells for about $18.00 for the pair. What I did is that i went to a speed shop and bought the Xenon 55/65 watt or even the 85/100 watt bulbs. They are brighter White but only cost about $12.00 for both. If you can confirm that they are 9006 Sylvania Halogen bulb by just simply twisting them off counter clockwise from the back. If they are 9006 and you cannot locate after market ones let me know and I can sell you a set of Xenons.
