Do You Run Track Days?

Hi All:

Does anyone ever run track days/high performance driving events on road courses? If so what tracks have you found interesting?

In California I have driven Infineon, Buttonwillow Raceway Park, and Thunderhill. Portland International Raceway in Oregon and Pacific Raceways in Washington.

Check with your insurance company as more and more are refusing to cover any event on a racetrack, even driving schools.

You guys on the West Coast are lucky. Not only do you have a large variety of tracks to enjoy, but the weather makes them user friendly year round. We can only run from around late-March to late-October in the Midwest.

I autocross my audi with porsche club of america. That is pretty fun, theres always the occasional M3 that shows up as well.

Where are the good tracks and driving schools in Stl? I am from Chesterfield and have been looking into participating for a year or so.

I'm just off Wilson road in Chesterfield. Probably seen you crusing about on Clarkson Raod.

We are running three track days for 2007 at several different tracks. Venues and dates are below

Autobahn Country Club (Near Chicago/Full 3.56 mile track) - June 4, 2007
Putnam Park (Near Indianapolis) - July 23, 2007
Heartland Park (Topeka, Kansas) - September 17, 2007
